Land Rover / Dealer communications
A connected system for retailer and owner communications.
I designed and produced a broad range of Land Rover dealer communications, including direct mail, email, digital assets and campaign materials distributed through the dealer portal. Working within Land Rover’s established brand system, I developed many of the direct-mail and digital executions shown here and carried the work through layout, production and final asset delivery.
One system across the campaign calendar.
The same visual framework carried from program planning into the assets retailers used in market.

Dealer platform
Built for retailer use
The Dynamic Marketing Calendar gave retailers one place to view programs, timing and campaign assets. The supporting guide showed how to find a program, review the materials and build a campaign.

Quarterly planning
From program overview to campaign detail
Quarterly updates organized seasonal and ongoing programs in one visual overview. Retailers could see what was available, how the materials connected and where each program fit in the aftersales calendar.

Owner retention
One owner offer across direct mail and email
Exclusive Value included personalized direct mail and a matching owner email. A modular offer structure and shared imagery kept the campaign consistent across both channels.
Retention programs
Prepaid Maintenance across direct mail and email
Prepaid Maintenance used clear program information within Land Rover’s established visual style. Direct mail introduced the offer, followed by three emails focused on reassurance, value and timing.

One visual system across retailer and owner communications.
The same visual language carried across planning tools, direct mail, email and digital assets.
